You can ask for a 100% refund if:
1.1 Your translated International Driving Document (IDD) was rejected by a car rental agency or traffic authority in a country listed on our Where It's Accepted page, and you send us proof (e.g. rejection letter, email from the agency).
1.2 You make the request within 3 years of your original order.
If you selected fast-track or express digital delivery, you are eligible for a full refund if:
2.1 Your application was complete and all documents were correctly submitted.
2.2 The digital IDD is not delivered within the promised timeframe:
